integrity, and deep community connection. What began as a collaboration of dedicated REALTORS® has grown into a team
known for strong results and meaningful relationships. As we move into 2026, we’re proud to continue that legacy under a name that reflects who we are today — Tiffany & Tracie. Built on the foundation established by Ed Chapman and the ask4TeamEd brand, Tiffany Hunter and Tracie Clawson now lead the day-to-day operations of the team while continuing the values and relationships that have guided the business for nearly twenty years. Tiffany and Tracie are the full-time REALTORS® behind Tiffany & Tracie, proudly serving clients throughout the Shenandoah Valley as members of the Blue Ridge Association of REALTORS®. Together, we bring decades of hands-on experience, local
expertise, and a shared passion for helping buyers and sellers navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with confidence and care.
Our involvement in the real estate community goes beyond transactions. Tiffany Hunter serves on the Blue Ridge Association of
REALTORS® Board of Directors and is the 2026 President-Elect, while Tracie Clawson serves as Chair of the Community Service
and Events Committee. These roles reflect our strong commitment to leadership, service, and giving back to the communities we
proudly call home. Both of us have raised our families in this area for more than 20 years. We live here, work here, and are deeply invested in the communities we serve. That connection drives everything we do — from supporting local organizations to building lasting
relationships with our clients. While our name reflects a new chapter, our foundation remains strong. With more than 45 years of combined real estate
experience behind the broader team, we continue to deliver knowledgeable guidance, clear communication, and personalized
service in every transaction. Ed Chapman, founding member of ask4TeamEd, remains a valued part of the extended team. Ed
continues to maintain many of the long-standing client relationships he built over the years and supports the team through referrals and relationship connections, helping ensure the legacy and spirit of ask4TeamEd continues to live on in all we do.
